it's trick photography, I swear. ;)
I took some pictures like this one last winter when we had that ice storm. I went with my family to get a tree up past Windsor Ma and there were power lines down everywhere!
Where is this??

Very nice shot, I like the spread between how much tree/sky there is in sight, definately adds to the effect
